I L L U M I N A T I O N
Shadow exploration is a fascinating journey into reclaiming the parts of ourselves that have been unconsciously cast out and disowned. The very nature of the shadow is that we can’t see it directly, though we can identify it through our judgements and criticisms of others, and in how and by whom we get emotionally triggered. When our shadows are not explored with care and curiosity, they become the source of repetitive pain and victimhood.
In this 3-hour workshop, we will become well versed in the nature of the shadow, and engage in a variety of rituals and exercises to increase our awareness of our own hidden aspects. When we are able to see, own, and love our shadow selves, they become integrated into the wholeness of our being, which then gives us access to more authentic and joyful states of being.
